These terms govern your use of Irtaqi, a Quran memorization app operated by Irtaqi, United States. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Irtaqi provides an AI-assisted Quran memorization program for children. A parent or guardian must create and manage the account. The free tier gives access to a limited set of features; a subscription unlocks all memorization maps and content.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who holds the account.
Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing you agree to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests are handled case by case — email support@irtaqi.app within 14 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.

All app content, illustrations (including the Badr character), and curriculum design are owned by or licensed to Irtaqi. Quranic text is in the public domain. You may not reproduce or distribute app content without written permission.
The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about memorization outcomes or uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and fix issues promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
